Growing Environment

• Highest Elevation: Dayuling is one of the highest tea-growing regions in Taiwan (2,200–2,600 meters), located between Lishan and Hehuanshan.

• Cool Climate: Surrounded by mist throughout the year with large day-night temperature differences, tea trees grow slowly with thick and resilient leaves.

• Fertile Soil: Sandy loam soil, rich in organic matter and excellent drainage, gives the tea its unique character.

Tea Characteristics

• Appearance: Tightly rolled, bright green, and glossy.

• Aroma: Refreshing and elegant, with floral and fruity notes (sometimes orchid-like), long-lasting fragrance.

• Flavor: Golden-clear liquor, smooth and sweet with rich layers, a distinct “high mountain charm,” and a long-lasting aftertaste.

• Durability: Can be steeped 6–8 times while retaining flavor and aroma.

Special Value
Known as the “Jewel of High Mountain Tea,” Dayuling Oolong is produced in very limited quantities due to the harsh terrain and manual harvesting, making it extremely rare and valuable. Its clean, elegant, and mellow taste is unmatched by teas from other regions in Taiwan.

台湾大禹岭乌龙茶栽种环境
海拔最高：大禹岭茶区位于台湾中部（梨山、合欢山交界），海拔 2,200–2,600 公尺，是台湾最高茶区之一。
气候冷凉：高山常年云雾缭绕，日夜温差大，茶树生长缓慢，叶质厚实。

Taiwan Alishan Black Tea is cultivated in misty mountains over 1,000 meters above sea level, where cool nights and warm days enrich the tea leaves with nutrients and flavor. Made from premium oolong tea cultivars and carefully fermented, it brews into a crystal-clear amber liquor with layers of natural honey, ripe fruit, and floral notes. Smooth, sweet, and never bitter, it combines the refreshing clarity of high-mountain tea with the mellow richness of black tea, earning its place as one of Taiwan’s finest high-mountain black teas.
