Once these items are delivered, they cannot be returned, even if unopened.


2. Non-Perishable Items

For non-perishable, sealed items (e.g., accessories, utensils, merchandise), returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused and unopened

  • The packaging is intact

  • Proof of purchase is provided

If you receive:

4. Return Shipping

  • For approved returns of non-perishable items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
