1. Perishable Goods Policy

Due to the nature of our food and beverage products, we do not accept returns for perishable items once they have been shipped or delivered. This policy ensures product safety and quality for all our customers.


2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or defective items upon arrival

  • Incorrect items received (wrong product, flavor, or size)

  • Items not received due to shipping errors (after investigation with the courier)

To be eligible for a refund, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item(s) and the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue


3. Refund Process

Once your request is approved, we will:

  • Issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method, OR

  • Send a replacement product at no additional cost

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.


4. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Products damaged due to improper handling/storage after delivery

  • Delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Change-of-mind purchases or taste preferences


5. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
